OVERVIEW
"The Tratt", as it has come to be known during its 30 year history, is a Bondi institution, depended upon by locals and tourists craving their fix of delicious Mediterranean-inspired fare. A change in ownership and a renovation in 2017, freshened up the venue which sits directly opposite Sydney's famous beach. Tables remain filled, morning through night, as guests are fed generous portions of simple food using the best seasonal produce. Pizza dough and pasta are made in-house and wines are sourced from Italy or are Italian varietals grown in Australia. The atmosphere is lively, energetic and welcoming, offering al fresco dining or a casual drink. It is never a bad time to visit The Tratt.
