OVERVIEW
It may sound like the start of a joke, but there were three men; one Polish, one Australian & one Italian, who came together for a love of all things food and coffee to give you Spargo's Cafe & Bar. They have been part of the Westfield Marion Entertainment Complex since 1997 and to this day, still have the same love for food and coffee, although there seems to be a lot more eating.
