Located at the Bluff, above the Devonport Surf Club, the beautifully appointed dining space with floor to ceiling windows takes full advantage of the dramatic view of Bass Strait. The open kitchen brings the theatre of cooking into the room, and the copper clad bar and lounge are great spaces to catch up either before or after dinner. The dining here is the standout. The excellent skill of a clever and creative kitchen is joyous indeed: the team looks and thinks globally for inspiration and acts locally when it comes to sourcing the premium produce. Favourite dishes include the baked Tasmanian scallop gratin, juniper rubbed venison and the show stopping 'pot of gold' dessert. Dining here is unique and unforgettable, the ambience is warm and welcoming, and the floor staff are smart and careful to keep wine glasses filled at all time.
