On your next visit to the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, be sure to book an all-day grazing session at this restaurant on the stunning Ridgeview property. Chef Donna Hollis and her team create delectable Mediterranean and Middle East inspired dishes, expertly paired with award-winning Ridgeview wines. The cuisine cries out for shared feasting and the Cypriot Meze Feasts are a great opportunity for guests to taste as many of the warmly spiced and expertly balanced dishes as possible. Taste sensations include grilled Greek halloumi with caramelised pears and pistachios and chilli dusted squid with honey aioli and caramelised lemon. The organic vegetable garden is tended to daily and the free-range hens on the property supply the eggs for breakfasts which are served up from 9.00am Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Fresh condiments, oils and house made cheeses are also served freshly made. All food is sourced locally if not grown on the estate.
