OVERVIEW

Set in the heart of Toorak, Melbourne, Quaff is an easy lunch or dinner choice for residents and visitors to the area. The space is comfortable and the atmosphere warm, furnished with upholstered chairs, carpet and rich dark chocolate interior features contrast with crisp white linen napery. The cuisine is Modern Australian and under the deft hand of chef John Psanis, Mediterranean and Asian influences happily coexist on the menu. Highlights include Quaff's fish pie and pork belly with mango, Asian herb salad and tamarind sauce, and, for dessert, Quaff's classic souffle is excellent. The two-course luncheon special is available every day, although two-courses may not afford enough time to survey the excellent wine list.
