OVERVIEW
Manta Restaurant sits on Finger Wharf at Woolloomooloo, where Sydney's dining set traipse the boardwalk on any given night of the week to soak in the vibrant al fresco dining scene. Dining on the Wharf is a quintessential Sydney foodie experience, set against the Harbour and spectacular views of the Sydney city skyline. Manta was renovated and outfitted Hamptons-style in 2015. At the same time, chef Daniel Hughes revamped the extensive menu to include seasonal offerings from local farmers and producers. Manta prides itself on its seafood mastery, declaring itself Sydney's best seafood restaurant, and beef comes direct to the restaurant from owner Rob Rubis' Queensland property.
