Chargrilled halloumi cheese and refreshing spiced pineapple are also on offer and, along with the side dishes, make a delicious contrast to the cuts of juicy meats carved at the table by the highly trained waiters. If not up for a banquet, order à la carte for smaller plates of meat. For those who love Brazilian cocktails, it is fun to share refreshing jugs of caipiroska or caipirinha, mojito, margarita or sangria with your party. The main thing though: no need to ingest anything before eating here. Bah BQ is definitely best consumed on an empty stomach.
