A stunning dining room swathed in warm chocolate tones, it is a delight to nestle into the restaurant in this Kew based boutique hotel. Using the best seasonal produce, locally sourced meat, seafood and newly discovered artisan products, there is plenty to choose from on head chef Laurent Gillette’s thoughtfully curated menu. The share plates on offer are extensive, your favourite hotel classics – burgers and Caesar salads - are there for the taking, the grill sizzles overtime cooking up premium cuts of meat and the mains and sides are equally delicious. Equally, there is a lot to love about the beverage list filled as it is with local and international bestsellers and sophisticated cocktails. If you have the time and are so inclined, you can even duck into the on site microbrewery and sample the excellent boutique beers. A most fabulous experience.
