Chef and owner Marcello Farioli has worked kitchens in Sydney's most well-known and loved Italian restaurants: Otto, Pendolino, Fratelli Paradiso and 10 William Street. He hand rolls tortelli, filled with spinach and ricotta or pumpkin, and his maccheroni licked with buttery scallops and prawns are a taste sensation.
