A much-loved fixture of the suburb of Buddina on the Sunshine Coast, All' Antica translates loosely as, 'Â˜in the traditional way'. For close to thirty years, the restaurant has been doing just that: serving reliable, traditional and fresh Italian dishes which showcase provincial cuisine from around the nation. The Sicilian seafood hotpot is a perennial favourite with diners, the pork belly is out of this world and the pasta and pizzas offer a taste of 'Â˜home away from home' cooking. Desserts are not to be missed. If dining-in at the restaurant, lobby your table to give the tasting plate a go so you can sample the delicious lemon ricotta cake with limoncello syrup and mascarpone crÃƒÂ¨me, tiramisu, panna cotta and gelato. On most nights, kids arriving before 6pm can even make their own pizza.
