OVERVIEW
Claire's Kitchen at Le Salon brings a little piece of France to the Paris end of Oxford Street. Run by French-born Marc Kuzma (aka Claire de Lune), the menu is traditionally French but imaginatively peppered with modern touches. The excellent French wait- and bar staff welcome diners to the chic salon which is decorated with imported wallpaper, grand chandeliers and antiques. Be sure to sample one of the delicious cocktails - before or after dinner- and watch the excellent bar staff work their magic.
