One of the best Persian restaurants in Melbourne, Caspian Cuisine is a family owned diner which has been wholly embraced by the locals of Forest Hill. The cuisine is authentic, the kitchen staff are passionate about sampling the best of Persian food and all dishes are created using the freshest of local produce. The servings of halal certified meat are generous, tender and dripping with flavour and spice and the fish stew is most excellent. This is a neighbourhood gem of an altogether different flavour.
